The accountability moat argument is the most durable competitive advantage analysis I've seen in the AI-disrupts-SaaS conversation. Enterprise customers aren't just paying for software - they're paying for someone to call when it breaks and a legal entity to sue if it catastrophically fails. AI-built internal tools eliminate both.

The Moltbook breach as evidence of 'technical specificity reveals vibe limits' is perfect framing. I'd add: the reliability failure compounds because most vibe-coded systems skip formal testing.

The moat isn't accountability alone - it's accountability plus institutional knowledge of how to avoid those failure modes in the first place.
